Future Doc: Don’t be so Reactive, Dear!

“Allergy Season” is in full swing this spring. Many suffer from mild to severe reactions to allergens. Allergens trigger our immune response. Allergens may be known or unknown, natural or unnatural. Those who suffer the most have an immune response that is so overreactive that it responds inappropriately and disproportionately to the offending allergen. A trigger-happy immune system primed to react at the drop of a leaf and then to overreact at that. Additionally, the quantity and variety of offending substances can be overwhelming in severe cases.

Allergic conditions have increased dramatically in our modern culture, especially over the last few decades. It is evident that the increased prevalence of these conditions reflects an increased population of those with compromised or altered immune systems. There are plenty of immune compromising and immune altering phenomena in modern life that have increased “coincidentally”. To list but a few: mass vaccinations, generations consuming altered food, increased exposure to toxic chemicals, heavy metals, and unnatural electromagnetic radiation. This list might also include, and potentially the most immune compromising. ….the relentless stress, anxiety, and fear invoked when one is tuned in to the official, authoritative version of reality brought to us by the major media.

Only a very few patients enter my Future Doc Practice because they want help with allergies. Most are seeking help for other “unrelated” health issues. However, it’s very common that many suffer allergies to some extent and many are managing their symptoms with immune suppressive toxic chemicals.

In the Future Doc Practice, it has been my experience that those participating in a health improvement program enjoy a resolution of or a significant reduction of allergy symptoms. This usually occurs without a specific address to “their” allergies! We apparently discovered and handled what made THEM so reactive. As is often the case, the side effects that result from a health-restoring or building approach are always positive and welcoming, and many of which may be unknowingly unacknowledged. On the other hand, the symptom or disease treatment approach is usually ridden with both known and unknown side effects. What makes cents or what makes sense? I’ll try not being so overreactive Dear!
