Located at 313 Neville Street, Beckley you can expect more than just atmosphere. They have many coffee options as well as their signature Zen Freeze. If fantastic food is not enough for you, Zen’s Cafe also acts as a venue for local musicians who perform most weekends. Past performers include Lady D., The Long Point String Band, and Shayar. “It’s so nice to see something like this in downtown Beckley. The food was EXCELLENT- everything we ordered. I had the black bean veggie burger which I was hesitant to try because in my experience, I’ve never had one worth having. Luckily, I ordered it anyway. It was moist, flavorful, and just out of the park as far as expectations go. Our waiter was so friendly and helpful, the place looked beautiful as well. Zen’s Café is opens every day at 7am. Monday through Thursday they close at 10pm. On Friday and Saturday, they close at 2am. And on Sundays they close at 10pm.
