According to their website, “The concept that started the Dobra Zupas’ brand was to serve gourmet food off of a constantly changing menu, at an affordable price. Our seasonal specials ensure the menu is constantly changing, and customers always have a choice of exciting new dishes to try. We wanted to give our customers a unique dining experience that offers new dishes paired with craft beer in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere… Our focus, Craft Food and Craft Beer, ensures that our customers always walk away smiling.” And they have certainly accomplished that goal. Dobra Zupas’ is the first and only craft brewery in Beckley, W.Va.

Not only do they have local craft beer, they also serve several house brews. But that is not the only thing they have mastered. Their flavor combinations are simply superb. The menu ranges in flavor and entrees.

“Our menu features a variety of offerings such as our Mediterranean Pita Wrap and Fried Greed Tomato BLT as well as classics like our Black and Bleu Fillet or Crab Risotto. Because our menu changes on a regular basis we are able to not only provide customers with some of the same great dishes that they have come to love, but also create new dishes so that customers will always have a choice of new items to try.” They pride themselves on using only the freshest ingredients.
