Merry Hill & Co accommodates and welcomes all types of brides. They say their designs are very unique and you won’t find them anywhere else in the United States. Barbara Lee tells us, “Dresses can be dressed up or down with accessories, shoe choice, and hairstyle. I love surprising brides with a design they never thought of trying before.” She goes on to share that what makes her boutique stand out from others is the quality of service. Barbara Lee and Cassie’s original bridal boutique was in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. They offered bridal gowns, photography, planning, alterations, and even calligraphy services. “We provided multiple services and I was lucky enough to work with brides in many ways!” exclaims Barbara Lee. The past few years have been challenging for the bridal industry and the sisters recently reopened their boutique in Lewisburg this past February.

They have worked with roughly 200-250 brides and they hope to make a positive impact in our region. They are equal partners in this venture and while Cassie focuses her time on the finance side of things (bookkeeping, payments, etc.), Barbara Lee’s responsibilities are with the “front of house work” (social media, website, consultations). The sisters are the two youngest of 7 children. They were born and raised in Lewisburg and left home to live in Glenwood Springs. Barbara Lee and her husband (who is originally from Williamsburg) returned last spring 2021 because they missed West Virginia and wanted to be closer to family.
