West Virginia Renaissance Festival Set To Begin June 4th!

Hear ye, hear ye!

Good morrow, Lords and Ladies! We are but five days and a fortnight from the fifth West Virginia Renaissance Festival… the annual celebration which brings the Golden Age of medieval history and fantasy to life in the Greenbrier Valley!

Beginning on June 4 and continuing every weekend throughout the month, The West Virginia Renaissance Festival doth bringeth family-friendly entertainment, including music, comedy, games, and all sorts of friendly animals! Ever wished you could ride a unicorn? Care to demonstrate your skill at knife or ax-throwing? Perhaps you’d like to test your wits in the Castle Escape Room or the wooded-maze? Who knows – you may just encounter a woodland fairy along your journey!

For the more valiant among us, the Jousting Knights and Steeds will be performing three shows a day! And if that still isn’t enough to satiate your appetite for thrilling adventure, the three-story Wheel of Death is back this year to provide gravity-defying excitement!

And while we’re talking about your appetite, you’ll want to come hungry! From turkey legs, hot dogs, jerk-chicken tacos, pizza and scotch eggs, to chocolate dipped cheesecake and dessert crepes, to cider, soda, beer, wine, mead and cocktails, The West Virginia Renaissance Festival will be serving the best food and drink  anywhere in the seven kingdoms!

Located on US Route 60 in Greenbrier County, eight miles West of Lewisburg, The West Virginia Renaissance Festival is open every Saturday and Sunday in June from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m.
