Chef Kevin Hall Announces Opening Of Jimmie’s Restaurant In Princeton On May 20th

Residents of Princeton are welcome to prepare themselves for a new flavor in town. Chef Kevin Hall has announced the opening of Jimmies Restaurant on May 20th, 2022, located at its original location at 839 Mercer Street.

Initially founded in 1922, Jimmies Restaurant is now an American diner fusing well-loved classic diner fare with a modern flavor twist. Specialties include a burger with pulled pork and mustard BBQ, a French toast bread pudding, and a pan-seared coffee-crusted pork loin with red-eye BBQ sauce. The Elvis – grilled peanut butter and banana sandwich – and the full range of milkshakes echo American Graffiti, Wolfman Jack, and the Big Bopper

The restaurant, decorated with nods to 1950s diner kitchens, offers a bar, booth, and high-top seating. The wait staff provides attentive service, making you feel like family. Patrons are invited to drop in for a quick bite or visit with the whole family, especially for Sunday brunch.

About the Restaurant
