The Virginia Opry’s “A Tribute to Patsy Cline” will be performed by Denise Glass and the Doug Lester Band at the Historic Masonic Theatre in Clifton Forge, VA on Sat., April 14, at 8:00 p.m.
Crossing County Lines and the Appalachian Pickers will open for Glass. Both youth bands make up the New “Old School” Junior Virginia Opry that was formed in 2017 to open for The Virginia Opry’s shows.
Glass began performing as a vocalist in her father’s band as a teenager, and her love for Patsy Cline has led her to perform “A Tribute to Patsy Cline” at such venues as the Lee Theatre in Pennington Gap, Virginia. She also tours with Michael Hoover as a vocalist.
We are looking forward to a great show that will be opened by two youth bands, The Appalachian Pickers, and Crossing County Lines. Both will warm up the audience for Denise Glass and the Doug Lester Band’s “A Tribute to Patsy Cline.” Box Office: (540) 862-5655 or online: www.historicmasonictheatre.com. – Appalfolks of America.
