Do your Dream Job w/ National Apprentice Day, a Free Year Round Apprenticeship Program!

When you were a child, what was your dream job? Did your dream come true? If you had the chance to experience your dream job as a child, would it have changed your life?

Based in Lewisburg, West Virginia, National Apprentice Day is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization connecting kids to their dream job. This program is free for kids and businesses, donation funded.

For no cost, America’s youth, ages 6-18, can explore the career of their dreams by way of day visits, job shadowing apprenticeships, skills training, and mentoring programs. The organization’s mission is to take millions of youth out of poverty while closing America’s skills gap. National Apprentice Day’s founder, Christina Entenmann, says the organization has dream to create a world where every child can access and explore their dream job. Instead of just receiving financial or material aid, the youth are given a chance to improve their destiny by gaining hope, inspiration and skills through real world experience and hands on training. Christina Entenmann is also the publisher and managing editor of HashtagWV Arts & Entertainment paper.

To date, National Apprentice Day has connected 144 students to the following businesses in and around Greenbrier County, West Virginia. The program is now ready to operate across the United States.
