Please join us for our Unlocking Potential Seminar at CountryRoads CrossFit in Lewisburg, WV on Tuesday, November 29th at 6pm.
Before the CrossFit workout, at 4:30pm, I will provide a brief overview of the seminar and perform a physical evaluation on CrossFit athlete. This body assessment will include the joints, glands and organs.
After the CrossFit workout, I’ll retest body functions in order to determine any suboptimal areas after being physically stressed.
The seminar officially starts at 6:00pm and while it is designed for CrossFit athletes, we encourage anyone and everyone to join us so they can learn ways to unlock their potential. I will discuss chiropractic, acupuncture, nutrition response testing, and the amazing molecules found within the ASEA line of products. Our goal is to help people who are working to reach their fitness goals and maximize their physical and mental potentials. We will talk about ways to reach these goals using holistic techniques offered at Greenbrier Chiropractic Center. This seminar is free, open to the public, and Hors d’Ouevres and refreshments will be provided.
If an athlete is to truly be at their best they first must conceive of that possibility. On the physical level the effort is not only toward resolving pain and dysfunction, but to enhance the body’s communication systems. These same systems monitor, control, and ultimately determine the function of the musculoskeletal system. If one conceives to reach their potential as an athlete, performer, ect….they would do well to discover any suboptimal body communication and what then can be done to correct or enhance it. Country Roads CrossFit is located at 204 N Jefferson St, Lewisburg, West Virginia. To RSVP call 304-645-6080
