A native of Pocahontas County, Johnny now lives in Charleston since 2000. “I was about 13 when I started playing. I’ve been playing ever since, in an endless succession of bands.” – Johnny Compton.

Check out this night of blues and bluegrass at the historic Pocahontas County Opera House to support the brave men and women who fought November’s devastating fire in Marlinton!

Advance tickets are available at The Fourth Avenue Gallery in Marlinton. Doors open at 7:30, Adults $8.00, children under 12 free. All proceeds donated to local fire and rescue.
