White Sulphur Springs has it all. America’s resort, scenic mountain landscapes, an underground casino, craft beer, barbeque, a public pool, pizzerias, parks, public tennis courts, local retailers, hemp farmers, a sports performance center, outdoor dining, antiquing, an international market, a cartoon map (pick us up or subscribe!), a wine shop, bars, a toy store, a bike shop, picturesque golf courses, and a hardware store.
But over the last few years, as craft brew has grown to dominate the local food and drink headlines, a new market has opened up: specialty coffee. As the beer taps flowed, the coffee slowly followed. And today, you’ll be hard-pressed to not discover Tootsie’s Place, a coffee shop and bakery. Since opening on January 12, 2021, this shop is slinging hot and cold brews five days a week on the main street downtown. BONUS: You can conveniently place your order online at tootsiesplacewv.com. The estimated prep time is just 10 minutes!
