The Magic of Christmas in Lewisburg began on November 22nd and continues every weekend through Christmas!

As the holiday season approaches, downtown Lewisburg transforms into a winter wonderland, ready to welcome both locals and visitors for a festive kickoff. The air is filled with excitement and wonder, inviting everyone to partake in the celebrations.

The festivities began with a grand tree lighting ceremony on November 22nd at 6 pm in the central green space, where a towering tree adorned with twinkling lights and colorful ornaments became the heart of the celebrations. Families gathered around, sipping hot cocoa and enjoying the sound of carolers singing timeless holiday classics. 

Local retailers are showcasing gifts and seasonal treats. Children can meet Santa Clause where they can share their wishes and take memorable photos. A festive parade winds through downtown on December 5th at 7 pm, featuring floats adorned with lights and lively performances that capture the joy of the season.

As night falls, the streets come alive with enchanting light displays, and horse drawn carriages roll through the streets. Santa and holiday characters roam the streets spreading cheer. 

Throughout the month of December, various events will take place. Some events include Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Girl Day Out on December 14th. Downtown becomes a vibrant hub of joy, where the spirit of the holidays is celebrated in every corner, creating lasting memories for all who join in the festivities.
