In the Valley: Make Massage a New Year’s Resolution!

Massage as a healing tool has been around for thousands of years in many cultures. Touching is a natural human reaction to pain and stress, and for conveying compassion and support. Located in downtown Lewisburg, Davia Bell and her team at Trinity Bodyworks and Healing invites you to hire them for a massage so you can let the world fade into a relaxing hour of relief so you can comprehend the here and now. Mention this Hashtag Lewisburg feature to receive $10 OFF your first massage! One hour minimum is required and you must be a first-time client. This offer is valid until June 2018! Welcome to Trinity.

“Davia has magical hands!!!! She makes you feel comfortable from the first moment you walk in. I have had many massages but hers have been the best! I highly recommend her. For relief of tension headaches, muscle soreness, or just plain relaxation. She is the best!!!!” Andrea Wickline. May 2017 via facebook

Davia has been a massage therapist for 10 years. Davia says she knew early in life that she wanted to help people. Years ago, she worked in a hospital but switched professions and has loved massage therapy since the start. There are 3 (three) therapists at Trinity Bodyworks and their mission is to help people alleviate their everyday discomforts in a comfortable and professional environment. They help clients with muscle aches and pains, migraines, or in need of emotional support during a difficult time.

Davia tells us that massage is more than just a luxury. She says, “It really is a necessity for everybody. With our everyday routines and the constant bustle of life, most people don’t realize the stress this puts on our bodies.  Not only can massage help with those muscle aches and pains, but it can also help with boosting the immune system, improving circulation, or calming the nervous system. This means it can help with insomnia, anxiety, depression, and restless leg syndrome to just name a few.”

“Davia is absolutely amazing!! Not only is she affordable, in downtown Lewisburg, but her space is so peaceful and lovely. She took months of stress out of my body and I will use her again and again!!! Thanks Trinity Body Works, so glad you are here!!!” – Dareth Greene. June 2017

Davia says she specializes in grief support massage. She says this massage uses energy techniques and acupressure points in addition to massage to help balance emotions and give mind, body, and spirit support to those in a grieving process of any kind. She is also proficient in neck and shoulder pain.

Make massage a new year’s resolution this 2018! Relax your mind, renew your body, and revive your soul w/ Davia and her team at Trinity! They are located at 783 S Court Street (across from Greenbrier Printing) in downtown Lewisburg. Follow them on facebook @trinitybodyworkslbc and to book your massage, call Davia at (304) 647-4568.
