SAT. FEB 18: MONTY PYTHON MOVIE NIGHT!

On Saturday, February 18th, you’re invited to watch Dennis the Constitutionalist peasant defend his anarcho-syndicalist communal lifestlyle against King Arthur during “Monty Python and the Holy Grail” FREE movie night at the brewery! Dennis: What I object to is you automatically treat me like an inferior. King Arthur: Well, I am king. Dennis: Oh, king eh? Very nice. And how’d you get that, eh? By exploiting the workers. By hanging on to outdated imperialist dogma which perpetuates the economic and social differences in our society. King Arthur: I am your king. Woman: Well, I didn’t vote for you.

The Holy Grail is a 1975 British slapstick comedy film concerning the Arthurian legend, written and performed by the comedy group, Monty Python. This movie was conceived during the hiatus between the third and fourth series of Monty Python’s BBC television series, Flying Circus. The Holy Grail parodies the legend of King Arthur’s quest to find the Holy Grail.

Make plans to enjoy local GVBC brew and Monty Python! This event is free and the movie starts 6:30pm at Greenbrier Valley Brewing Company, which is located on 862 Industrial Park Road in Maxwelton, near Greenbrier Valley Airport. For more info on this event, call the brewery at 304-520-4669 or visit them at GVBeer.com.
