This year’s Mega Business will be held on Thursday, November 7th, 5-7:30pm, at the WV State Fairgrounds’ West Virginia Building in Fairlea. This special annual event hosts about 85 Chamber of Commerce participants and typically welcomes over a thousand attendees. There’s complimentary food tastings, a silent auction, cash prizes, invaluable opportunities to network locally, and amazing giveaways/door prizes!

On the morning of Mega Business, Career Day will be held from 8:30-11:30am in the same location. This is a great opportunity for those of you starting your professional future here in the Greenbrier Valley and surrounding area.

Find us at Mega Business! We’ll have media kits, distribution maps, stickers, an oversized collage of past issues, and best of all you can meet us! Our door prize will be a raffle to win an 1/8 page full color advertisement (valued at $79) in our HOLIDAY OPEN HOUSE/THANKSGIVNG LBSPY #46 issue featuring the Irish Pub’s 7th Birthday. This upcoming issue is dated for November 18-December 2nd, 2013. Deadline to advertise: Friday, Nov. 8th, 2013

Food vendors include: When Pigs Fly BBQ, Watt’s Roost Vineyard (wine tastings), Stuart’s Smokehouse, Edgarton Cafe, Shoney’s, Subway. Other participants include Lewisburg Diamond & Gold, Restore & Renew Mobile Massage, WV State Police, US Cellular, H&R Block, Chris Hall, Gillespie’s Flowers, Carnegie Hall, The Greenbrier, and so many more.

Some silent auction items are an iPod from Seneca Trail Animal Hospital, a Hand-Crafted Pottery Wine Cooler with a Bottle of Wine from Watt’s Roost Vineyard, a pair of 2014 season tickets from Greenbrier Valley Theatre, and so much more from places such as Taste of Heaven Bakery and Cheese Shop, State Fair of WV, local banks, photographers, pharmacies, and others.
