Ronceverte WV River Festival, June 7-9th

From June 7th-9th, don’t miss the 26th Annual River Festival in Ronceverte, WV. There will be a variety of entertainment including music, activities, and carnival rides for you and the family to enjoy. Tickets are on sale now in various locations around Greenbrier County.

Wild Bill’ s Roadhouse own- T-Bone will be in attendance. Rides are $5 for two rides same person. Also, Stuart’s Smokehouse will be serving brisket, pulled pork, roasted corn, hog balls, hamburgers, hot dogs, and Nehi bottled drinks.

Events on Friday, June 7th start with a Grand Parade at 7pm (line-up at 5:30pm). Entertainer extraordinaire Glen Singer brings big laughs from 8-9pm. Hit and Run Band performs classic rock at its best from 9:15-11:15pm.

A 5 Mile Run from 8am-1pm kicks off Saturday’s events. There will be a Fishing Derby (ages 8-16) from 8am-3pm. A Rod Run Show from 10am-5pm ; Tahoe Tractor Club Show from 10am-5pm ; Horseshoe Tournament at 10:30am ; Lumberjack Contest at 11am ; Basketball Tournament at 12pm with host, Bimbo Coles ; The Great Rubber Duck Race 4pm (tickets sold until 3pm. So you know, Duck Race First Place is $14,000!!! The Weight will conclude the days festivities with a rockin’ performance from 8-11pm.

Sunday’s festivities start with a Bike Run at 8am. There’s a Volleyball Tournament at 10am ; Thunder on the Mud Bog at 12pm ; Irish Road Bowling at 1pm ; Pet Parade at 1pm ; Hot Dog Eating Contest hosted by Stuart’s Smokehouse at 3pm ; Children’s Games at 3pm ; Nick Cornwell 5-6pm ; classic sounds of 50’s, 60’s and 70’s with De Ja’Vu Band from 7-9pm ; and a Fireworks Show to light up the night sky at 9:30pm.
