The one-month-old restaurant serves food 4pm to 10pm Wednesday-Saturday. It accepts MasterCard and Visa. We sat down with Wild Bill to find out more.

1. What is Wild Bill’s Roadhouse?

We are a family friendly, casual dining, restaurant that seats 165. We serve our patrons with “Working Man’s Food at Working Man’s Prices.” The establishment has been given a country feel with the facade of a barn on the walls, a concert stage that’s in full view from any seat in the house, bull décor, and comfortable waiting area with a large sofa, fireplace, and flat screen television. On draft we have Yuengling, Blue Moon, a Craft Beer of the Week, and Bud Light.

The food here is working man’s food, and there is plenty of it.

2. Wild Bill’s has “6 Rules for Dining Out.” What are they?
Rule 1. A meal can only be on the menu if the sum of how good it tastes exceeds Mrs. Bill’s expectations.
Rule 2. You’re not a working man till you try the “Working Man’s Challenge” This dish a big, over-the-plate 24oz Sirlion Steak, and it’s a lot to get through. If you get through it, you’ll have your picture taken and it’ll be posted on the “Wild Bill’s Wild Wall of Victory” – Wild Bill
Rule 3. Treat your server as a resource as they are the bridge between the chef and you. That said, we are wild about offering great service. When we walk up to your table, and say “How are you guys doing today?” or “How are you today?”, we really do want to know how you are doing
Rule 4. Expect a good time.
Rule 5. Portions are generous, so be ready to share your food.
Rule 6. Talk to strangers, make new friends.

If your basic meal wasn’t enough, there’s always a towering piece of rich Apple Churros or Chocolate Brownie Sundaes.

3. Do you have weekly specials?
Absolutely. Weekly, we feature a Craft Beer. Nightly we offer the “Working Man’s Special” This meal varies between a generous seafood dish, deluxe sized burger with various mouthwatering toppings, to steak and potatoes. We also have plenty of appetizer specials from escargot to wings. Plus, there’s Happy Hour (4-7pm), Wednesday through Friday. Wednesdays and Fridays gives you $1 off all domestic beer and for an additional $2, we double your drink. Every Thursday we give you any and all bottles of wine at half price.
