West Virginia folklore comes alive in a thrilling new “choose your path” adventure for young readers and the young at heart.

Local author R.S. Gunn, who has walked battlefields, pulpits, and shadowed trails—her stories blurring the line between lived legend and the unknown, has released a brand-new book on Amazon, Legends Lurk Here: Wild & Wonderful.

This interactive survival adventure is set in the rugged hills of rural West Virginia and invites readers to choose their path as a blended family of five encounters some of Appalachia’s most legendary cryptids—including Mothman, Bigfoot, and the Flatwoods Monster.
