The Rolling Dough Co., a cozy home-based bakery in Ronceverte, has just celebrated its first anniversary. Owner Elizabeth Kirby, a stay-at-home mom of four, turned her passion for baking into a business, and offers everything from fresh sourdough bread and cakes to gourmet cupcakes, pies, and cookies.

She uses local eggs, real butter, non-GMO flour, and fresh, organic produce, even providing a few gluten-free options. Over the past year, she’s built a loyal customer base, with many returning time and time again for their favorite treats.

Orders can be placed by phone, text, or Facebook Messenger, with payment options like Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, or cash. Pickup is available at her bakery stand, and she offers local delivery for a small fee, with free weekday deliveries to Covington, VA.
