Disclaimer: You do not have to participate in the zombies chasing you, although that will make it more fun and add to the over all challenge of the run!

RUNNERS: You will be provided three flags attached, one on each hip and one on your back. They should be visible at all times. Don’t cheat yourself out of the fun! The object of the race for runners is to finish with their flags intact and as fast as possible. There will be zombies all along the course, so keep an eye out. Once all of your flags are gone, you are considered “infected”, but this by no means diminishes your ability to finish and win the timed portion of the race.

ZOMBIES: *There is a need fast and slow zombies!
The object of the zombies is to capture as many flags from the runners as possible. NO picking flags up off of the ground. You will be disqualified. Weapons, real or fake are not permitted. Please, make sure your costume and make up stays on YOU! We do not want spraying blood or body parts falling off and endangering the runners. We will have runners who are not participating in the zombie portion of the event. Those runners will be clearly marked. Please be respectful.
And PLEASE, no grabbing, biting, tripping or anything else that could endanger the runners or zombies!
