July 27th: Matt Evans at Carnegie Art Party

Spark your imaginative side at Carnegie Hall’s 2nd Annual Art Party on Saturday, July 27th, from 7-10pm. Enjoy refreshments provided by local restaurants and walk around Carnegie’s lawn, which will be filled with musicians performing various genres and artists displaying their work. You will be invited inside the hall to take a stroll through and meet artists. Also inside the hall, you’ll be encouraged to participate in a unique raffle style auction.

Seasoned singer/songwriter, Matt Evans, will be hitting the stage at around 8:45pm. With influences by Johnny Cash, James Taylor, and 90’s grunge, Matt performs a creative blend of rock and alt-country that is sure to please most any crowd. He recently launched an album (which took over 10 years to create) and it’s called, “Everybody Waits.” This album features introspective ballads, “When You’re Gone,” “Come Around,” and “Virginia” to driving alt-country foot-stompers, “Train” and “Drive.” You can listen to Matt’s album at: cdbaby.com/cd/mattevans
