Wisdom From the Woods – Life Lessons Learned from Being around a Frigid Temptress

Winter reveals West Virginia’s naturally stunning features. She doesn’t need makeup to look attractive to me. Her inner beauty is more apparent, when she’s undressed by the freezing season. There’s virtuousness in her vulnerabilities, when she’s exposed. For months, she hid so much from sight. Her scars are now visible. Raped and robbed of resources, her purity has been sullied by uncaring suitors. Still, she’s unapologetic about her nakedness. Stripped of her lush adornments, her curves are revealed to leering eyes. Her bare bosoms heaved toward heaven she beckons the clouds, “look at me”. Her towering tips remain whiter than snow, while remnants of her sun-kissed complexion lay dormant in undulating meadows. Ice flows through her veins in the valley. Her limbs exposed to piercing elements, she shivers in the wind’s caress. Yet, despite her frosty air, she’s far from frigid. Her kisses make me shiver and her blustery blushes keep me off balance. I love her unpredictable nature in winter. Her moods fluctuate with intensity. Her sunny disposition turns gloomy at a glance. I adore her aloofness. Eventually, we’ll warm to each other. Our brief icy relationship will blossom with renewed promises in spring. Our winters together are meaningful. I appreciate all she has to offer and what I’ve taken for granted. I long for another summer of seduction with my amazing mountain mama.
